A Brighter Perspective on Your Business

Mapping

Our mapping products are our most flexible and comprehensive services:

We offer Evacuation Diagrams that are compliant to the Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008 and the national Australian Standard 3745 - 2010. As a complimentary service to Evacuation Diagram development, we also include Assembly Area Maps that provide a broad overview for your exit path procedures that create a visual aid for emergency planning. Having up-to-date Evacuation Diagrams is a legislative requirement for all Australian workplaces, commercial buildings, and multi-occupancy sites.

With safety in mind, we also provide First Aid & Health Safety Maps. These maps feature all critical First Aid equipment in your building or featured as a site-wide format.

Need to find your way around? We offer Wayfinding Maps that can be customized for visitors to get a general sense of where to go. We can also create a more detailed breakdown for staff, faculty, or contractors to navigate your site.

Be sure to check out the additions of our Cosmetic Map range, which offer highly customizable features depending on your site layout and the information you feel is essential for display.

Asset Stocktake

Asset stocktaking is a practice that involves the verification and counting of a business’s physical assets to confirm their existence, location, details, and condition. Every school is required to maintain an asset register that is accurate and up-to-date to meet departmental policy.

Maintenance of this register can be a time-consuming task, and department policy mandates a yearly stocktake be performed to verify compliance.

Our team specializes in finding, locating, and recording your assets on your behalf. We search high and low for every asset listed on your register and can provide advice on how to create new assets found during the stocktake process, how to appropriately log details such as serial numbers, make, and model listings, or how to handle assets that require disposal from the register. This process can generally take several days depending on the number of assets your site is responsible for.

Chemical Register

As a critical step to adhering to Safe Work Australia’s Model Work Health & Safety Regulations, this is a mandatory process that requires an up-to-date registry of chemicals and substances used on your site or workplace. It must include a current and valid Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for every chemical on your register.

These regulations are designed to identify hazards, risks, and appropriate storage of chemicals. The register must also be easily accessible to any individuals involved in using or handling chemicals.

Upon requesting this service, we perform an in-person audit of your school site to find all the chemicals required for your register. We then update your register to add any new chemicals or maintain any existing chemical Safety Data Sheets. We also generate Material Risk Assessments as part of this process to help your staff maintain safe and proper usage and storage of these chemicals.

Once we’ve updated your chemical register, we provide you with a list of which chemicals should not be present on school premises as well as any other information related to compliance. We will also advise you how best to provide MSDS’s to your staff and the correct placement of Risk Assessments on site.
